Finding the right class for you and the right yoga guide is sometimes a hard task. With our beginner to advanced sessions you can talk any class and feel like it was tailored just for you. As we move our bodies in a Yoga Class we are taught to follow our own bodies senses, to feel what we are feeling. We should never push past our own natural limits and never ever hang out in a place of pain.
Yoga is a mind-body movement, complementary to alternative medicine practices. This practice gives the whole body a deep tissue massage. We work into parts of the body that are hard to reach. We will guide you through the motions and help you to better understand your body and it limits.
As we continue practicing yoga, this leads us to improve balance, flexibility, range of motion and strength.
The practice of yoga can help reduce the risk factors for chronic diseases, such as heart disease and high blood pressure. It also helps alleviate chronic conditions, such as depression, pain, anxiety and insomnia.
Stress can lead to many problems in our day to day lives, resulting in headaches, backaches, chronic pain, upset stomach, or fatigue. In some of these stressful times it becomes increasingly hard for us to find balance between the stress, providing for our families, and for ourselves. We need to take the time to heal, step back, let go. Everyone suffers from mild anxiety from time to time. Chronic anxiety takes a tremendous toll on the body. Yoga helps us to access that inner strength which allows us to face the sometimes overwhelming frustrations and challenges of our everyday lives. We train the body to breathe in a way that brings adequate oxygenated blood to all of our internal organs, which in turn helps them to function more efficiently, this practice brings the body back to its natural state.
Learn to move with your own natural self. When we let go of the posture, we can finally feel the movements. This gives us the space to go deeper into our practice.

Pilates is the art of controlled movements. When practiced with consistency, Pilates will build strength, increase endurance, improve flexibility, and helps to develop muscle control. We work to build a strong core, improving alignment, breathing, and coordination.

Stand up PaddleBoard Fitness and Yoga are practiced on a paddleboard one of the many rivers lakes or bodies of water in the stat of New Jersey. We first will learn how to hold our paddle. We are taught paddleboard safety. We paddle out and anchor down to practice Yoga or Pilates on the board. After our session we will enjoy the abundance of nature. We will then paddle back to the launch spot.
Stress & Stiffness in the body can lead to many problems in our day to day lives. PaddleBoard Yoga is super fun and makes our bodies feel great!
It’s time to take your practice outside. We love exercising with fresh air in our lungs & sunshine on our skin. Exercise gives you the keys to living a vibrant life. When your body moves better, your world expands. We will work on proper technique, safety, & guidelines. When we are comfortable with our ability, we set free to paddle out, take a tour, or a SUP Fitness Class.
Paddleboarding is the best way to explore, relax & work out. Getting fit with our Floating Fitness Sessions doesn’t feel like exercising, because it is so much fun. What’s more enjoyable then relaxing & floating?
